I’m a Registered Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience. I’m also a Chartered Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.
I offer personalized services for individuals and couples, focusing on how our relationships shape our minds. We all start out completely dependent on others, and our minds develop based on the care we receive from those around us. This affects how we think, feel, and connect with others. What we believe we understand about ourselves is often just part of the story, and it’s hard to truly know our own minds. From this understanding, I work with you to find clarity while also creating a space to explore uncertainties and respecting your own pace for growth and change.
I’ve dedicated years to my own personal therapy and ongoing professional training in various psychological fields, especially in relational and psychodynamic approaches. I use targeted short-term methods for quick changes, as well as longer-term strategies that honor the complex process of uncovering difficult truths.
